Engineering Overview
Veeva CRM is AstraZeneca's proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, designed specifically for healthcare professionals, marketers, sales representatives, and other users. Initially focused on working with existing components and developing new ones as needed. I was entrusted with a critical feature: Consent Management, which involved modernizing legacy code by implementing new features and optimizing performance. I also rebuilt the Microsoft Teams app, originally developed in C#, from scratch using Node.js, ensuring seamless integration with the CRM system. Beyond development, I mentored new team members, guiding them through the system architecture and codebase.
